How do I choose a wall hanging size?

Measure the clear wall area and the furniture beneath it. Use the product’s listed width and height rather than estimating from room photography. Leave visible space around the textile and check whether a listed measurement includes a rod or fringe. Our size guide walks through a practical approach.

Will the color look exactly like the photographs?

Lighting and screen settings can change how a color appears. Look at several product photographs and compare the written description. A neutral wall and daylight can make textile details look different from warm evening light.

What is included in my purchase?

The product’s Details section lists the package contents. You are buying the selected wall hanging, not the furniture or styling objects in the room photograph. Some pieces include a pole; others are supplied without wooden sticks.

Are hanging rods and mounting hardware included?

Only when the product page specifically lists them. Several designs are supplied without a rod. Choose hardware for your wall type and the specific textile, following the hardware maker’s directions. We do not offer installation services.

How should I care for a woven wall hanging?

Use the care instructions listed for your particular item. If hand washing is stated, avoid assuming that a machine cycle is suitable. For a textile without washing instructions, contact us before wet cleaning. Avoid pulling individual fringe strands or using a hot iron on an unfamiliar fiber.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes or international destinations.

How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard transit takes 2–7 days after processing. Shipping is free on orders of $59 or more; below $59, standard shipping costs $6.99. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

What if my address is wrong, or my order is damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number. Address changes depend on how far the order has progressed. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, keep the packaging and send useful photographs so we can help arrange an appropriate resolution.

How can I return a wall hanging?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cover return postage for quality defects, wrong items and transit damage; for other reasons, the customer pays. See Returns & Refunds.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return arrives, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when it appears in your account. Contact us if you need help identifying a refund.
