Shipping, clearly outlined.

Our wall textiles ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or destinations outside the United States. A complete street address is required; we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Processing and transit are separate.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After processing, standard transit takes 2–7 days. Transit begins when the package is handed to the carrier; it does not include the processing period.

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before tax. Available shipping charges appear in your bag and at checkout after you enter a supported address.

Following your package.

We use parcel carriers for standard delivery. When tracking is available, it is included in the dispatch information. If your tracking has stopped updating, a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and any useful photographs of the package.

Address changes and delivery delays.

Please check the street address, apartment or unit number, state and ZIP code before checkout. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting. We can only make a change before an order has progressed too far in processing. Carrier disruptions, weather and public holidays can affect delivery. If we cannot meet the stated shipping schedule, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check around the delivery location and with other members of your household, then contact us so we can help investigate. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the next steps for damaged or incorrect goods.
