These terms govern your use of alderstonehome.com and purchases from Alder & Stone Home LLC, doing business as Alder Stone Home. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Shopping with us.
You must be an adult able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address details, and keep account credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Product information and prices.
We sell decorative wall hangings for adult home spaces. Product pages describe the selected textile, dimensions, known materials and package contents. A room photograph is a styling reference; surrounding furnishings are not included. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance, so consider both the images and written details.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. We may correct a factual or pricing error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and let you accept it or cancel for a refund. We do not substitute a different textile or selection without your agreement.
Orders and availability.
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order information. We may need to contact you to clarify details or address an availability or verification issue. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unavailable goods. We may decline orders involving misuse, fraud or delivery addresses outside our shipping area.
Delivery and returns.
We deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States, including Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is free at a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. See the Shipping Policy for the complete details.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, followed by initiation of approved refunds; bank processing time varies. Using a wall textile.
Check dimensions and package contents before ordering. Choose mounting hardware suited to your wall and the particular item, and follow the hardware maker’s directions. We do not provide installation services. Decorative wall hangings are not toys or functional supports.
Website content and fair use.
The branding, writing and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not copy it for commercial use, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. Links to other sites, if present, are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites’ terms.
Responsibility and your rights.
We take reasonable care with the store and its information. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of an item or events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. No additional warranty is created by general styling advice.
These terms are governed by California law and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
